An exciting opportunity has arisen within Volteface for an individual with solid experience of policy development and excellent communication skills.

In this key role, you will be responsible for Volteface’s policy analysis and development in a range of areas relevant to drug policy, with a particular focus on regulation.  

You are responsible for the communication of Volteface’s policy positions to government and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent policy analysis and writing skills, including speechwriting, writing briefings and developing policy from research and stakeholder engagement.
  • The confidence to engage and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including those at senior level.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Role: Permanent, full time 

Salary: £36,000 per year with annual increments 

Location: 18 Hanway Street, London, W1T 1UF
