Scarlett graduated from the University of Manchester in 2016 with a B.A. in Criminology (1st). Whilst studying in Manchester, Scarlett volunteered with ex-offenders by supporting their reintegration back into society and continues to do this in London. She has written a number of articles on drug policy issues for a variety of organisations and has recently completed an MSc in Criminal Justice Policy from the London School of Economics. Scarlett started her role as Policy Advisor for Volteface in September 2018 after working on The Children’s Inquiry report as a Research Assistant.
