Police in Preston, Lancashire were today tweeting from the scene of a cannabis grow house. A video, taken by someone purported to be identifying as a member of the police force, was streamed on Periscope (streaming site).

The video, an unconventional crime scene insight, is dark and quite uninformative. They later posted the below picture.
