Last week I returned to my hometown. Dublin in Winter is not something that I particularly miss but that Christmas feeling was in the air when I got in to the city centre.
I met Tony Duffin, the South East Londoner who runs the Ana Liffey Drug Project. Joined by photographer Dan Finnegan we set out to record some of the city’s most lonely corners.
That Christmassy feeling quickly evaporated as Tony led us down alleyways just a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of Dublin’s bars, cafes, tourist attractions and government buildings.
