This episode was recorded live from Cannabis Europa.
In the first part of the show we talked to Clark (CEO) and Carly (Head of Creative Ops) from the United Patients Alliance (UPA) about all things medical cannabis. We explore the future of the UPA, what medical cannabis actually is and how hard it is to self medicate in an illicit market.
From the 28:50 mark we speak to Dan Pryor, Head of Programmes at the Adam Smith Institute. We chat about why Neoliberals and ‘the right’ are interested in cannabis reform and who are the main propionates to legalisation. We also examine concerns around decriminalisation and the strengths of a sensibly regulated cannabis market.
